A note from Father Tom:

There are probably as many opinions citing the "best" single malt scotch whisky as there are scotch distilleries in Scotland. To avoid arguments, I am providing you with a geographically based list as a place to start in making your own decision about the "best." The majority of the scotch distilleries below have an 'est ' or 'most' attached to their production or location in Scotland. Some of the best-known whiskies are on the list.

All of our scotches are 10 years old or older. Many bottles of single malt do not have an age shown on the label. These are referred to as "NAS" scotches (no age statement). Age is not necessarily important. You may see more of these in the future of single malt scotches.
